We collect request information to contact you and help arrange vehicle assessment, sale or disposal.

The form sends your name, phone, city, vehicle model and year, mileage, license plate or plate photo, request type and form language.

We keep request data while your request is being processed. After the request is deleted or a deal is completed, access to the client name, phone, license plate, city and photos ends after 48 hours; automatic cleanup then erases these fields, their normalized copies and photos from active storage. Other application data, comments, status history, partner offers and deals are retained.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Declining consent prevents us from processing a request.
